Which dates in Job/Salary determine whether or not the record will be included in a payroll Generate?

In order for a record in Employee Job/Salary to be included in a Payroll Generate, the following must be true:
The Effective Date in Job/Salary must be on or before the employee's pay period End Date.
The Pay Start date in Job/Salary must be on or before the employee's pay period End Date.
The Pay End date in Job/Salary must be on or after the employee's pay period Begin Date.
The employee's pay period Begin and End Dates are found in the Begin and End Date fields on the employee's Payroll Earnings and Deductions screen for the Run/Warrant.
