Inventory Transactions sort order is no longer putting most recent transaction at the top

Description of Issue
  • Transactions that are posted during the same second are displaying out of order in the Inventory Transactions program
  • Values in Number field in Inventory Transactions are not sorting correctly

Issue has been corrected in versions 2024.1 and up
