Can coverage and plan codes for health insurance be set up so only certain employees can be assigned to them?

Description of Issue

We have two entities for employees, the town and the school. For our health insurance benefit codes, can we restrict certain coverages and plans to be only applicable to certain employees when adding Employee Deduction records for the health codes?

Resolution

Munis doesn't have functionality to restrict certain carrier, coverage, plan or level codes for health insurance based on employee criteria when adding deductions into Employee Deductions. An enhancement request would need to be submitted through the Tyler Community page. When adding the code, the user will need to select the codes that are appropriate for the individual employee.
