Is there a way to Mass Delete W-2C records?

• Payroll
• Employee W-2C

Over 1000 W-2Cs were created and processed.

User needs to create for only one employee and wants that single employee in the Employee W-2C program.

There is no Mass Delete option within Employee W-2C. 

The records can be manually deleted one by one:

1. Go to Employee W-2C. (Payroll>W-2 and 1099-R Processing>W-2C Processing>Employee W-2C)
2. Search and Accept to pull up all employees. Click Delete in the toolbar for each record that needs to be deleted. 

Use the Generate for Single Employee Only:

1. See article, Using the Generate for Single Employee Only option in Create W-2C Records to generate for one employee.
2. When in Print W-2C Forms and W-2C Electronic File:
   1. Click Define in the menu. 
   2. In the Selection Criteria in the Employee Field, define for the one employee. (Example: Employee 8047 to 8047)
