Unable to Enter Signed Amount in Central Budget Entry

• User cannot update amount with or without the negative sign in Central Budget Entry.

• Allow entry of signed amounts in budget projections is checked in Budget Settings.

The Budget setting of Allow entry of signed amounts is not enforced in Central Budget Entry.

A work ticket is currently open to address this issue: MUN-334937- Default budget projection is not enforcing setting for Use Signed amounts upon opening Central Budget Entry.

As a temporary workaround, update the amount in the Next Year Budget Entry program:

Financials> Budget Processing> Next Year Budget Entry

1. Select or enter Projection number. 
2. Accept
3. Click Update and adjust amount or select Detail Entry or Detail Info and click Update if entering detail and adjust amount.
4. Accept
