How to include Roth contribution to Prudential 457b Deduction Report
Description of Issue
I submitted my Prudential 457b deduction report file online and the confirmation I received was off the ROTH amount. How do I get the ROTH amount included on the deduction report?

Cause
The Roth deduction codes were not defined in the correct fields when creating the report.Â
Resolution
- Go to Payroll Start and Status. (Payroll>Payroll Processing>Payroll Start and Status)
- Search for the warrant. Click Accept. Click Change. Click Deduction Report.
- Confirm active warrant prompt. Click Yes.
- Click the report, Prudential 475(b). Click Accept.
- Click Define. Populate all mandatory fields.
- Define the Roth deduction code range into the Roth Contribution fields. (Example 2827 to 2828).
- Click Accept. Click desired output type. Confirm Roth Contribution amount is populated on the report.Â
