Description of Issue
Unbalanced BUA (Budget Amendment) journal created when posting through Accounting Entries
Context

Cause
Appropriation/Estimated Revenue Control account is only hit with half the Journal amount.
Resolution
- A one sided General Journal will need to be entered to correct the unbalance Fund.
- Work ticket MUN-394813 has been created to address the issue with 'Incorrect control account entries for BUAs in Accounting Entries'.
- Additional work ticket MUN-320675 has been created to address issues with 'Net Zero Entries to Appropriations / Estimated Revenues omit BFB Entry'
Additional Information
Posting through Budget Transfers and Amendments results in no issues.
