Executime - Revert Move to Payroll

Description of Issue

Time moved to Munis from ExecuTime and is not accurate. Needs to be reprocessed.

Cause

ExecuTime data needs to be reprocessed

Resolution
  1. In ExecuTime, navigate to Payroll Functions>Payroll Revert and select the tab of the period for the time that needs to be moved
  2. Click Revert Payroll 
  3. If the pending records were already moved into a Time Entry Batch in Munis, they will need to be removed 
    1. Go to Time Entry (Payroll>Payroll Processing>Time Entry Processing>Time Entry)
    2. Navigate to applicable batch. Click Resume in the toolbar. Select Detail view. Click Ok. Click Remove Pending in the toolbar
  4. Navigate to Human Capital Management>Payroll>Payroll Processing >Time Entry Processing>Employee Pending Time Entry
  5. Search for the records that were reverted and Delete them from the Employee Pending Time Entry program 
Additional Information

Once time has been reverted it can then be processed normally with the Move to Payroll option.
