Misc Receipt not printing ReadyForms

Misc Receipt Printing Issue

ReadyForms receipts will not print

• Misc Cash
• ReadyForms
• Enteprise Forms
• File format

This will occur when a site is implementing ReadyForms for Misc Cash Receipting. ReadyForms will read XML receipt format and chances are the receipt format that Munis is delivering is not XML. ReadyForms will do nothing or print nothing when executed.

1. Confirm ReadyForms Templates are setup for a Misc Receipt and the ReadyForms Definition jobs are setup for the output the site is expecting. 
2. Navigate to General Revenues>Accounts Receivable>Setup>Accounts Receivable Settings.
3. Click Cat Specific.
4. Scroll to Category 02 Misc Cash Receipts.
5. Confirm the Receipt Form is set to  XML - XML Raw Format   
6. If it is anything other then step #4, ReadyForms will not be able to read the format.
