How to find payroll direct deposit file in spool directory

We upgraded from 11.3 to 2019.1 and can't seem to get our direct deposit file to create.

• Munis Version 2018.1 and higher
• Payroll Start and Status
• Advice Register and Export
• File Transfer
• Spool Directory

In versions 2018.1 and higher the direct deposit file is automatically created and saved in the spool directory where it should be retrieved from vs creating the preview file and doing a save as from there.

1. From Payroll Start and Status click on Direct Deposit File. (Payroll>Payroll Processing>Payroll Start and Status. Search for the warrant. Click Change. Click Direct Deposit File)
2. Click File Tape in the toolbar. 
3. Note the file path at the bottom of the screen.
4. Go to File Transfer. (System Administration>Miscellaneous Administration>File Transfer).
5. Click Download from Spool Directory.
6. Search or Filter for the file name and double click the line to open the file. 

For users who do not have full Munis spool access

1. After selecting Download From Spool Directory
2. Click Get Unassigned File
