Description of Issue

Unable to save a Student Activity check in an XML format

Student Activity

Cause

Check format is set to a format other than Y- XML AP Check Export File in the Location Codes program 


Resolution
  1. From the Location Codes program search for the Location
  2. In the Check Format field select Y-XML AP Check Export File from the drop down
  3.  Click Accept to save the changes
