Can the 2020 or Later W-4 box be used for State Deduction Codes

Description of Issue

The 2020 or later W-4 checkbox is selected for our State tax deduction but it is not working.

Cause

The 2020 or Later W-4 option is hard coded for Federal Deduction Codes only (3000-3099) and does not work in other deduction ranges

Resolution

Create a separate Tax Table for your particular state's requirements.
