Recruiting Integration with Monster.com and Indeed.com

- Does Munis Recruiting integrate with Monster.com or Indeed.com?
- How do we setup Job Openings to display on Indeed.com and Monster.com?

Cause
- Organization would like to display Job Openings on third party websites Monster.com and Indeed.com
Resolution
- To accomplish this, setup you will need Update/Delete access to the following programs
- Job Openings
- Global Crosswalks
- Work Locations
- Recruiting Settings
- To setup integration with Indeed.com
- Navigate to the program Recruiting Settings
- Menu > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Recruiting Settings
- Review the field Post on Indeed.com
- Next you will need to navigate to the program Global Crosswalks
- Menu > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Administration
- Click Search and review the Crosswalk Types IJC - INDEED.COM JOBCATEGORY and IJS - INDEED.COM JOBTYPE
- Please review our documentation below on how to setup the specific crosswalk record
- See pages 6 and 7 for the Indeed.com crosswalk tables
- Next navigate to the program Job Opening
- Menu > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Job Opening
- Click Search and locate the record you wish to display on Indeed.com
- Ensure the following fields are setup
- Job Family field on the Main tab
- Status field on the Salary tab
- Post field on the Advertising tab (set to External and Third Party or All)
- Job Openings Text, accessed from the Text folder button in the Requisition Identification header
- In a browser window, load the address for your Employee Self Service employee opportunities page: <your ESS page URL>/employmentopportunities/jobfeed.xml.ashx
Your job opening displays as an XML feed. You will need to coordinate with Indeed.com to have the feed parsed and displayed on Indeed.com.
- Navigate to the program Recruiting Settings
- To setup integration with Monster.com
- Navigate to the program Global Crosswalks
- Menu > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Administration
- Click Search and review the Crosswalk Types
- MJS - MONSTER.COM JOB STATUS
- MJC - MONSTER.COM JOB CATEGORY
- MOC - MONSTER.COM OCCUPATION ID
- Please review our documentation below on how to setup the specific crosswalk record
- See pages 2 for the Monster.com crosswalk tables
- Next navigate to the program Job Opening
- Menu > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Job Opening
- Click Search and locate the record you wish to display on Monster.com
- Ensure the following fields are setup
- Job Family field on the Main tab
- Status field on the Salary tab
- Post field on the Advertising tab (set to External and Third Party or All)
- Job Openings Text, accessed from the Text folder button in the Requisition Identification header
- Next click the option Post to Monster to begin to post the record on Monster.com
- Login to your Monster.com account to finalize the posting
- Navigate to the program Global Crosswalks
