Description of Issue

Updates to Revenue Allocation lines are not saving in Project Master.

Cause

A known defect is causing any changes made to Revenue Allocation Lines to revert back when the Workflow Status is not 'Approved'

Resolution

Master work ticket, MUN-395204, has been released by development to allow changes to be made while the workflow status has not yet been approved.
