After upgrade Customers Credit Limit is 0
General Billing Deposits not working

Context

Cause
This issue seems to arise when clients are upgrading to Munis Version 12, specifically the 2019.1 release where most or all GB customers General Billing Credit Limit is zeroed out.
Resolution
- Users can manually update this field in the Customers program to '99999.99' one by one. However, development is working on an MUN referenced below.
- If there are numerous records, please call Munis Support.
