Description of Issue
- Workflow forwarding needs to be stopped for one or more users.
- User is already forwarding workflow.
- Disable workflow generation and processing by the system? is unchecked in Workflow Settings.

Cause
User needs to stop all forwarding of workflow.
Resolution
To stop all workflow forwarding:
System Administration> Security> User Attributes
- In the User Attributes program, click Search and enter user information.
- Accept to pull up user.
- Click Workflow Detail tab.
- Select Forwarding Changes.
- Select Stop All Forwarding.
- Yes
