How to Stop All Workflow Forwarding

Description of Issue
  • Workflow forwarding needs to be stopped for one or more users.
  • User is already forwarding workflow.
  • Disable workflow generation and processing by the system? is unchecked in Workflow Settings.
Context

User Attributes

Cause

User needs to stop all forwarding of workflow.

Resolution

To stop all workflow forwarding:

System Administration> Security> User Attributes

  1. In the User Attributes program, click Search and enter user information.
  2. Accept to pull up user.
  3. Click Workflow Detail tab.
  4. Select Forwarding Changes.
  5. Select Stop All Forwarding.
  6. Yes
  7. Accept
  8. Yes
