Allow workflow approvers to auto approve own transactions

Auto-approve pending actions when the approver is also the originator of the transaction.

All workflow approvers of a certain type of workflow are authorized to approve their own transactions of the same type without other approvals required.

Allow budget workflow approvers to approve their own budget amendments without other workflow steps.

Workflow Settings

The Workflow Settings program can be updated to allow workflow approvers to auto-approve pending actions when the approver is also the originator of the transaction:

System Administration> Workflow Administration> Workflow Settings

1. In Workflow Settings, select the Auto Approvals tab.

2. Click Update.

3. Click the box next to appropriate workflow type(s).

4. Accept.
