GA CPI B record contract days reporting as 0



Description of Issue

Missing contract days for employees on B records during GA CPI period 2 reporting

Context

Cause

The employee missing contract days does not have a base pay Employee Job Salary record that matches the default base pay record from the primary Job Class Master record

Resolution

Update the Job Class Master default base pay type to match the Employee Job Salary base pay type for that employee

  1. Navigate to Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Job Class Master
  2. Click Search on the Munis Menu Ribbon/Omnibar to find the Job Class Master record for the employee
  3. Click Update to update the Base Pay field on the Main tab of the Job Class Master to match the Employee Job Salary base pay type
  4. Click Accept to save your changes

Once these changes have been made please regenerate your GA CPI Report period records for period 2 and resubmit you file.
