I am creating a new pay code and wanted to know what number I should assign the code?

Resolution

The end user is not required to use any specific pay code number when creating a new pay code. Site's will typically have their own numbering system to categorize pay codes. If you would like to review a list of existing pay codes:

  1. Access Pay Master: Payroll > Payroll Setup > Pay Master
  2. Click Search and click Accept
  3. Select Browse to review the list of pay codes
