Description of Issue
I generated my 1099-R records however when I click on the adjust step of the wizard I receive an error stating No 2019 1099-R records exist. Please create records before continuing.

Cause
User had enabled the Use Pay Distribution Codes on the CASDI/Distribution/Box 5 on the create step with no pay master records defined with a 1099-R distribution code.
Resolution
- Access 1099-R Wizard: Payroll > W-2 and 1099-R Processing > 1099-R Wizard
- Click Create in the ribbon > click the CASDI/Gross Distribution/Box 5 tab
- Click the Use Pay Distribution Codes to disable the setting
