Users receiving Unexpected Error when accessing customer information in Customer Central

Description of Issue

Some users can access customer information in Customer Central with no issue but some users are getting a pop up that says Unexpected Error after searching and trying to access any of the customer information tabs

Cause

Issue can be caused by bad data stored in the Customer Central defaults.

Resolution
  1. Please submit a case with Munis Support
  2. If site does not have Utility Billing module the case would be submitted for General Billing Support
    • If site owns both Utility Billing (UB) and General Billing (GB) it would depend on if the customer site is trying to look up is a utility customer or not.
