Cannot see W-4 Step 2 ribbon option in Tax Tables

I just loaded the year end service pack and I do not see the new W-4 Step 2 ribbon option on my tax tables.

User was reviewing the Calc screen of a federal tax table that had an effective date prior to 07/01/2019

The W-4 Step 2 ribbon option is only available for federal tax tables with an effective date of 07/01/2019 or later.
