Description of Issue

(3) - The remote computer has ended the connection

Context
  • Parallels Client
  • Munis
  • Executime
Cause

Parallels was not properly closed and is still open in the background and timed out.

Resolution

Close out of the Parallels Client completely.

  1. Click on the ^ in the Windows Task Bar in the lower left corner of your screen
  2. Right Click on Parallels Client
  3. Select Exit
  4. Relaunch Parallels Client
  5. Login
