GL Account Import 'Error selecting orgb - status: 100' - Organization code has not been added in Munis

When attempting import in Account Import, the following error occurs:

Munis (glactimp)

Error selecting orgb - status: 100

System log Id: XXXX

• General Ledger
• Account Import
• Chart Of Account Segments
• Org-Object-Project Entry Method

This error occurs if one or more Organization Codes listed on your import file have not yet been created in Munis.

Work ticket MUN-411373 is open with development to address the error

To determine which Organization Code(s) in your import file have not been created yet:

1. Bring up this error in the Account Import program
2. Click OK to move past this error
3. Export a PDF or Display report
4. Each 'Org is invalid' error on this report will display the import line number in which the Organization Code does not exist in your Munis system
5. Open your import file, and go to that line to view what Organization Code that error is referencing

To resolve, you can add the Organization Code to Munis manually or you can leave the Org field blank on the import file and have the system auto create an Org code.

To add the Organization Code(s) into your Munis system manually:

1. Go to Financials>General Ledger Menu>Set Up/Chart Of Accounts>Chart Of Account Segments
2. Select Organization Code from the 'GL segment' list
3. Click Accept
4. Click Add
5. You can now fill out your settings for this new Org Code
6. After you complete this setup, click Accept
7. Repeat this process for each missing Organization Code
