Cannot access W2 Image in employee W2s

I cannot see the TCM image of an employee's W2 in Employee W2s

Reprint the employee's W2 record.

1. Access W-2 Forms Print: Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > W-2 and 1099-R Processing > W-2 Forms Print
2. Click Define and enter the W-2 Year
3. Click Define, enter the Employee Numberin both Employee fields then click Accept
4. Click the Print Icon in the Output section of the ribbon
5. Click the Field Help (...) icon next to the Printer name field to click the designated W-2 printer definition, click Accept and click OK
6. Return to Employee W-2 and 1099-R: Human Resources Payroll > Payroll > W-2 and 1099-R Processing > Employee W-2 and 1099-R
7. Click Define, enter the W-2/1099-R Year, click W-2
8. Search for the Employee and select the Paperclip Icon (Attach) in the Tools section of the ribbon
9. Double-click on the W-2 document line
