ExecuTime - Cannot see time off requests

All supervisors in ExecuTime cannot see any time-off requests.

• Workflow Management
• Version 2019.x

No users were setup as workflow approvers.

Workflow users are required in versions 2019.x:

1. Access Workflow Management: System Admin > Workflow Management > Work Approvers
2. Click the add button enter the name
3. Select a Primary Approver and Secondary Approver if you want a seconday approver
4. Click the add Action button
5. Select the desired WrkGroup, Organization Type, and Organization Unit
6. Click Save
7. Repeat steps 2-6 for each supervisor
