What are the options for the step increase basis?

• 1 - EFFECTIVE DATE
  • The date defined in the Effective Date field of the Step Increase screen will be the new effective date inserted into the Employee Job/Salary records
• 2 - CURRENT SALARY DATE + 1 YEAR
  • Munis will add one year to the current effective date that is defined in Employee Job/Salary
• 3 - ANNIVERSARY DATE
  • Option is exclusive to Salary and Benefit Projections
  • Munis will pull the month/day from the Hire Date field of the Employee Master, and combine with the year of the projection start and end dates to determine the new effective date
