Cause

This scenario may present itself after an upgrade to a v12 (2018.1+) version of Munis where the sites Next Cash Receipt Number will change and in these versions this field is locked down. 

Resolution
  1. Clerks should stop taking Payment in Munis Payment Entry.
  2. Document what the incorrect Next Cash Receipt Number is and determine what the Next Cash Receipt Number should be.
  3. Contact Munis Support for assistance via Munis Support Portal or by Phone.
