Description of Issue
The Field Sheet App automatically scrolls to the top of the checklist when checking off an item on devices using Apple IOSÂ

Cause
This occurs when there are 6 or more checklist items in the list
Resolution
Install MUN-394683 once it has been releasedÂ
Workaround: Scroll down to continue updating the checklistÂ
