Cause

The old interface to the Munis KnowledgeBase was removed on 9/23/2020 for standards.

Resolution

All Munis Knowledgebase content is available through Tyler Search in Online Support Incidents or the Munis client support page on tylertech.com.

Additional Information

Navigate to the KB tab in Tyler Search and use the filters on the left-hand side of the page to limit results as previously done with the former Munis KB interface.
