Account inquiry columns

• In Account Inquiry we have a column for FY2022 Next year column. I thought we only have next year column when we roll the FY or open it?
• Last Year, Current Year and Next Year columns.

• General Ledger
• Account Inquiry
• Columns
• GL Permissions
• GL Year Access

MUNIS functionality will automatically display

• Standard Funds - Current year column, Prior year 1, 2, 3 columns and Next Year column
• Multiyear Funds - Current year column, Prior year 1,2,3 columns, Next Year column and Life column

The automatic column display however can be changed in the users Permissions.

1. System Administration > Security > User Attributes
2. Click Search and Enter the users name, Click Accept
3. Click on the appropriate Role (you may need to check all the Roles if the user has more then one), Click on Edit Role
4. Click on General Ledger, Click on GL Year Access, Make changes as needed by Clicking on Update and Accept once the changes are complete.
