Can users be limited to view specific months in Account Inquiry?

• Account Inquiry

Wants to restrict users by period in Account Inquiry

Users cannot be limited by month/period but can be limited by Last Year, Current Year and/or Next Year

System Administration > Security > User Attributes

1. Search User
2. Highlight relevant role
3. Select Edit role (may affect multiple users)
4. General Ledger folder
5. Update
6. GL Year Access tab
7. Check/uncheck Last Year, Current Year and/or Next Year
