Output Post Permission in Personnel Actions

Description of Issue
  • Is it possible to restrict who can Output Post personnel actions?
  • Can they be restricted by Action Code (or Reason code)
  • I need to confirm that only the last person in the approval process can output post, or can the person that initiated the personnel action do the output post once its all been approved?

Cause
  • Output-Post should be limited to select users
Resolution
  1. The only permission that controls the ability to Output-Post Personnel Action records is the permission
  2. To review, navigate to the program Roles
    • Menu > System Administration > Security > Roles
  3. Click Search and locate the role you wish to review
  4. Select HR Management/Payroll
  5. Review for the permission
