Incorrect encoding scheme being used

This issue occurs when the encoding scheme on the .prn file being imported is set to something other than UTF-8. The encoding scheme can be viewed from Notepad at the bottom right when the Status Bar option is enabled. 

The Standard Import Format was created for use when exporting from excel so it uses the excel assigned encoding method,  UTF-8.
