Create Clock RMA Case
Description of Issue
After exhausting troubleshooting efforts for a clock issue, the clock will need to be sent in for a repair.
Common issues:
- Hard drive space is full
- Unintentionally deleted necessary clock files
- Hardware issues such cracked screens, device is hot to the touch, biometric/card reader problems
- Black Screens

Please provide the following information and submit a case to Time and Attendance Support via the Online Support Client Portal and reference this article.
- Short Description of Issue
- Expiration Date (On Back Label)
- Serial Number (On Back Label)
- Model Number (On Back Label)
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Return Shipping Address
- Image of Clock Label and images of all clock sides
- Time and Attendance Application version
- Within the Time and Attendance application, is the TouchTime clock profile on the Device Management or Timeclock Management tab

Support will provide a new case for the clock repair process.
