Create Clock RMA Case


Description of Issue

After exhausting troubleshooting efforts for a clock issue, the clock will need to be sent in for a repair. 

Common issues:

  • Hard drive space is full
  • Unintentionally deleted necessary clock files
  • Hardware issues such cracked screens, device is hot to the touch, biometric/card reader problems
  • Black Screens

Please provide the following information and submit a case to Time and Attendance Support via the Online Support Client Portal and reference this article.

    • Short Description of Issue
    • Expiration Date (On Back Label)
    • Serial Number (On Back Label)
    • Model Number (On Back Label)
    • Contact Name
    • Contact Phone Number
    • Return Shipping Address
    • Image of Clock Label and images of all clock sides
    • Time and Attendance Application version
    • Within the Time and Attendance application, is the TouchTime clock profile on the Device Management or Timeclock Management tab

Support will provide a new case for the clock repair process.
