Change cubes report to new server
Description of Issue
Client needs their cubes report to look to the new cubes server
Context
- Munis
- Cubes
Cause
Site moved to a new cubes server
Resolution
- Go into the cubes report that you want to update.
- In the ribbon select Data
- Under the data option select Properties
- In the Connection Properties window select the Definition tab
- You will see the old server on the Connection File field. Select Browse to the right of it.
- On the next screen select New Source at the bottom.
- A data connection screen will pop up and you will want to select Microsoft SQL server Analysis Services and hit Next.
- When the next screen pops up you will want to enter the new server name and login.
