AR Charge Code missing from Grant Master or Grant Manager, the Charge Code exists in the system but does not have a record for the Starting Fiscal Year of the Grant

Cause

Charge Code does not exist for the Starting Fiscal Year of the Grant

Resolution

Accounts Receivable Charge Code must exist for the Starting Fiscal Year of the Grant in order to display. A new record for the correct year can be added via:

General Revenues > Accounts Receivable > Setup > Accounts Receivable Charge Codes
