Cause
Resolution
To upload documents to ESS, you must be an administrator
- Login to Employee Self Service with an account that has admin permissions
- Login → Home → Administration → Employee Administration → Document Administration
- Click Add Document
- Define the Title of the document to display on ESS
- Define a short description
- Click the file upload and select appropriate file
- Set an expiration date
- Click Add to save the document
