Multiyear life original budget header and detail mismatch

There could be a few reasons for this:

1. When a budget transfer and amendment (BUA) or another transaction is posted before the first budget completion journal (BUC) on a Multiyear Life Fund
2. Multiyear funds that budget for the Life can only have one original appropriation of the account
3. BUC Budget completion journals that are automatically created by MUNIS and have a comment similar to BUDGET ROLL FORWARD XXXX  or possibly  BUDGET ROLL ADJUSTMENT do not show in the header of the Life column

• The first item posted to a multiyear account takes precedence whether it is a Budget Completion Journal (BUC), Budget Transfers and Amendment (BUA), or another type of journal. If the first item posted is NOT a Budget completion journal, then no BUC Budget completion journal amount will show in the header of the life column, this is working as designed.
• If the current year original budget however needs to be altered in Non production test creating an entry to the prior year which then should also affect the current year budget. If it corrects the current year original budget in non production, take the same steps in Live.
