ExecuTime Service is Down After Server Reboot

Description of Issue

ExecuTime service is down often requiring them to be started manually.

Context
  • ExecuTime
  • ET
Cause

ExecuTime service not set to Automatic Startup

Resolution
  1. Open a run window on the server (Can use WIN + R on keyboard)
  2. Enter in services.msc
  3. Navigate to the ExecuTime service (Will be named ExecuTime AS 10)
  4. Right click the service and select Properties
  5. In the drop-down for Startup Type, Select Automatic
  6. Select Apply
