Delete a Vendor proposal on a sealed Bid

How do you delete a Vendor proposal on a sealed Bid?

Informational

• Once a proposal has been entered it cannot be deleted on a sealed Bid
• Instead, the Vendor response can be rescinded
  
  1. Once the response due date has passed click Supporting Apps on the Bid
  2. Choose Bid Vendor Proposals
  3. Find the Vendor Proposal 
  4. Click Rescind Response 

A new proposal can also not be added to the Bid for the same Vendor
