How do you delete a Vendor proposal on a sealed Bid?

Resolution
- Once a proposal has been entered it cannot be deleted on a sealed Bid
- Instead, the Vendor response can be rescinded
- Once the response due date has passed click Supporting Apps on the Bid
- Choose Bid Vendor Proposals
- Find the Vendor Proposal
- Click Rescind Response
Additional Information
A new proposal can also not be added to the Bid for the same Vendor
