Restrict access to certain fields in Detail Budget Entry

Can we restrict access to certain fields on the budget detail screen in Central Budget Entry or Next Year Budget Entry

• Central Budget Entry
• Next Year Budget Entry

Certain fields will not be used

Access to certain fields cannot be restricted within the detail screen of Central Budget Entry or Next Year Budget Entry. If a user has access to enter amounts to the account (based on Budget Object Code data access), they will be able to access any/all fields on the detail entry screen. 

If fields will not be used, they can be left blank.
