How do I set up a new charge code for CPA to bill in Massachusetts?

Town/city did not have this charge code set up before and now you need to add it going forward. 

• Have your accountant set up a new charge code in category 20 for CPA (1 to 3%)
• Update the tax settings bill tab w/ that new charge code once created
• Also in tax settings check the applicable box for the 100k exemption
• In class codes, update each and every class (land and building) ( You cannot and will not update the general class in the class codes with the qualify for CPA check box if applicable
