Benefit Enrollment ESS Factor forces employee to enter a dollar amount

Description of Issue

When we set up in Benefits Enrollment Choices as factor and enter factor in ESS does not work ESS screen is mandating an amount is entered not a factor for EE factor

Context

Cause

Informational
Client would like the employee to define Factor amount and not the dollar amount based on the factored salary

Resolution

This is intentional, the factor based setup of the Enrollment Choice for ESS Benefits Enrollment sets the dollar amount based on the possible factor of their annual salary
