Time Entry Pay Rollup needs to account for manual allocations on pay records with negative quantities

When enter GL corrections in Time Entry that net to 0 hours, the GL accounts do not get adjusted in the payroll

Current allocation logic fails when pays with positive and negative quantities are within the same allocation.
