Description of Issue

The over budget workflow rules OVR and PEO are not being triggered correctly

Cause

A known defect is causing the workflow rules OVR (Over Budget) and PEO (PA - Over Budget (expense) to be triggered

Resolution

Master work ticket, MUN-403822, has been created and sent to development for correction

Additional Information

As a workaround, workflow business rules SEO (Segment and Over Budget) and PE2 (PA Segment and Over Budget) will initiate as expected.
