Description of Issue
When posting New assets, the Select All button doesn't do anything

Resolution
Issue is corrected as part of another fix. See Cannot update accounts on assets with associated CIP accounts for list of work tickets for your version.
Workaround options:
- Click each checkbox with the mouse
- Use the keyboard spacebar to select the checkbox and then TAB down to the next line
