Description of Issue

When converting Overtime to Comp time in ExecuTime. the total regular hours are being reduced instead of Overtime. 

Context

ExecuTime - Version 2018.4.13 and lower

Cause

Known defect in version 2018.4.13

Resolution

Upgrade to current 2018.4.X version.
