Creating a Projection to Include Specific Accounts - Selective account inclusion

How can I create a projection without pulling in all accounts in the fund ranges?

Define/Start Budget Projection

Client wants projection with selective account inclusion

To create projection including specific accounts:

1. Click Gen in Munis Ribbon
2. Enter Projection Detail information
3. Enter Projection Fund Ranges
4. In 'Account Detail' section click checkbox for Selective account inclusion
5. In the Segment Number box, enter the segment number from which to select accounts
   1. A complete listing of available segments to use is provided on the screen
6. Enter the Starting Position to define the first character of the Segment you want to select
   1. For example, if the Object Code was used as the Segment number, and you want to pull in all accounts with the same last three digits, you would enter 3
7. Enter the End Position to define the last character of the Segment  you want to select
   1. For example, if the Object Code was used as the Segment number, and you want to pull in all accounts with the same last three digits, you would enter 5
8. Enter Value to match, which will define the criteria for which accounts you are selecting
   1. For example, if the you want to include all Object Codes that end in 440, then you would enter 440
9. Click Accept
10. Click Accept
11. Click Yes

Click Mass Deleting Accounts From Budget Projection if there are still unwanted accounts in projection
