Handheld ID code from Handheld software does not exist in Munis

To add the Handheld ID code into Munis use the following steps:

1. Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Setup > Utility Billing Miscellaneous Codes
2. Add
3. Code Type field . Enter/Select HHID - Handheld ID
4. Code field - Enter the code from the error message
5. Description field - Enter a description for the code (e.g Reader Code K)
6. Short Description field - Enter a short description for the code (e.g. RC K)
7. Accept
